This golden honey has a beautiful viscosity and aromas of butter and toasted coconut. It tastes of barley sugar, ending on a spicy note. With this delicious blend of warm and woody aromas, this honey will pair beautifully with fresh cheeses and blue cheeses.

Not only are cheeses and honeycombs visually stunning side by side, but the delicate sweetness of the honeycomb tones down the intensity or acidity of the cheeses. The contrast in texture between the crisp honeycomb and the silky-smooth cheese creates the perfect bite.

Honeycombs are complex and represent the purity and uniqueness of honey in its rawest form. Our honeycomb portions are carefully cut by hand in our full frames before being boxed individually.

*Whole frames of honeycomb weigh approximately 2 kg
