A superb forest honey harvested at the end of the summer near the Ashuapmushuan wildlife reserve in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. This special batch was harvested following a rainy period at the end of the summer. This polyfloral honey has buckwheat dominance, but nectar from crucifers coming in second place greatly tempers the acrid and earthy taste of buckwheat honey.
