To avoid confusion when purchasing our pairing honeys, please read our purchasing and shipping policies carefully.
ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours (working days) products will be shipped 24 to 48 working hours after your order has been processed.
SHIPPING
All orders are carefully packaged so that the products reach you in perfect condition. However, we cannot control the temperature or handling between the time of shipment and the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the contents of the order once the package has been left with the deliverer.
DELIVERY BY CARRIER
- Delivery in Quebec is available for a flat fee of $12.
- Delivery in Ontario is available for a flat fee of $14.
- Delivery in Canada is available. The costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and the rates in effect for your destination.
- We may cancel an order at any time for remote areas. If so, we will contact you by email.
- You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order with a tracking number.
- If you are absent during delivery, your order will be left at your doorstep.
- Please note that we are not responsible for the loss, theft of your package, or late delivery.
