Forest honey harvested in mid-summer. The apiary is located in a magnificent clearing in the Eastern Townships, mostly surrounded by forest. The wooded edge near the clearing is very favorable to the development of buckthorn. Its pretty white flowers are veryn ectariferous and offer abundant flowering for several weeks.
