We created this trio of honeys inspired by the sparkling conviviality of the end of the day, the laughter shared between friends, and the appetite awakened by the promise of a moment of relaxation. It's the warmth of a setting sun, the clinking of glasses.
LIAISON invites you to rediscover honey in a different way, in its infinitely delicious and indulgent version, designed to enhance a cheese board, or to sublimate a savory or crunchy bite. This box celebrates the spirit of the aperitif: generous, spontaneous, full of character and mischief, to prolong the pleasure of a busy day.

Crystallization
The honey will eventually crystallize naturally. Each one crystallizes differently, allowing you to discover different textures in the mouth. Discover their crystals by matching them to the textures of cheeses.
To return the honey to its liquid state, place the vials in a glass of very hot, not boiling water for a few minutes, shaking a few times.
Our honeys are unpasteurized and minimally filtered to preserve their natural characteristics and properties.
